These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HumanizeMyPaper. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use HumanizeMyPaper. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

HumanizeMyPaper is a writing-assistance tool that rewrites and rephrases text to sound more natural. We also offer optional AI-detection reports. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and results may vary depending on input and third-party tools.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for how you use the output, including ensuring compliance with the rules of any school, employer, publisher, or institution that applies to you.

5. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
• Top-up purchases (such as additional AI reports) are one-time charges and are delivered to your account upon successful payment.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, and our refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The HumanizeMyPaper platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the text you submit and of the output generated for you, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including that output will pass, bypass, or evade any particular detector, tool, or reviewer. Detection technologies change continuously and are outside our control. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Responsible and Lawful Use

You agree to use HumanizeMyPaper honestly and lawfully. You are responsible for complying with all applicable academic-integrity rules, codes of conduct, and laws. We do not endorse or condone using the service to misrepresent authorship where doing so is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanizeMyPaper and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HumanizeMyPaper from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for unlawful or abusive activity. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of HumanizeMyPaper is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
