When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information and email address from Google.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or banking credentials on our servers. We retain only limited billing metadata such as your plan, transaction identifiers, and payment status.
We process the text you submit in order to provide the humanization service, along with related metadata such as word counts, selected modes, and timestamps. We also generate usage records (for example, daily humanization counts) to enforce plan limits.
We automatically collect technical information including your IP address, device and browser characteristics, and a device fingerprint. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
