We want you to be satisfied with HumanizeMyPaper. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and one-time purchases.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@humanizemypaper.com. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Because HumanizeMyPaper is a digital service that is delivered immediately, the following terms apply:
Email support@humanizemypaper.com from the address associated with your account and include your account email and the transaction date or identifier. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement is determined by your payment provider.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
